- Service Availability
Services offered by DJ Medlabs are subject to availability and may require a lead time for scheduling and resource allocation. Estimated delivery timeframes for services not currently in process may range between 20 to 45 days from the date of payment confirmation, depending on service demand and resource availability. - Pricing and Payment
All quoted prices are valid for the initial period specified in the quotation and are subject to change without prior notice if an order is canceled or revised. Payment is required in advance for services not immediately available. DJ Medlabs reserves the right to adjust pricing in response to changes in costs, regulatory requirements, or other factors that may impact the delivery of services. - Order Cancellation and Modifications
Any modification or cancellation of an order may affect the initially quoted delivery time and pricing. DJ Medlabs will provide updated quotes and timelines upon receiving written requests for modifications or cancellations from the client. - Service Delivery
DJ Medlabs strives to provide timely and efficient service delivery. However, due to the nature of our services and resource availability, there may be instances where timelines exceed initial estimates. Clients will be informed promptly of any significant delays, and efforts will be made to mitigate disruptions. - Liability and Limitations
DJ Medlabs shall not be held liable for delays beyond our control, including but not limited to regulatory restrictions, supply chain interruptions, or acts of nature. DJ Medlabs is committed to maintaining a high standard of service quality, but makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of services rendered except as explicitly stated in the service agreement. - Confidentiality
DJ Medlabs respects client confidentiality and ensures that all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the provision of services will be protected according to applicable laws and ethical standards. - Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with South African law. - Acceptance of Terms
By engaging in DJ Medlabs services, clients acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in full. DJ Medlabs reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as needed to reflect changes in operations or legal requirements.
