What will the SHIPPING cost be?

- Aramex Door Couriers – R 99 flat rate to most major cities in South Africa for orders placed online. Please note shipments to special areas will yield a surcharge on the delivery before the goods are shipped. Examples of special delivery areas include: Mines, Power stations, Plots, farms, remote areas (Eg. Calvinia), military bases, Game lodges, Port / Harbours, Embassies and Consulates. In this instance, you will be contacted prior to delivery and asked to pay the extra delivery fee, failing to which the order will be refunded and cancelled.
- We do not offer free shipping. We do not use the South African Post Office.

Dispatch time from us will be 0-2 working days from cleared payment, depending on local factors. We will try our best to send your stethoscope ASAP. If you need to have the stethoscope fast, please contact us to prevent disappointment.

You will be given the options for courier or pickup upon Checkout and Payment.

You are welcome to pick up your stethoscope in Bloemfontein, as arranged via email/phone.

Please Contact Us if you want your item to be shipped internationally (ZAR 300 to most countries)

The web page says you are OUT OF STOCK regarding a specific product. Do you have stock?

If the site states that we are OUT OF STOCK, then we do not have stock.

We can order any product for you. Orders generally take 1-5 working days from local suppliers, 4-8 weeks for foreign suppliers, eg. Littmann Stethoscopes.

Do you sell REPLACEMENT PARTS for Littmann stethoscopes?

We have the basic diaphragms / rubber rims / Tubes

We can order any Littmann part.

Where are you based? Can I come and view the products locally?

We are based in Bloemfontein, 88 Haldon Road (Walter Sisulu Drive)

You are welcome to view the stethoscopes locally. Please Contact Us in this regard.

We do not have branches outside of Bloemfontein (yet), but we do ship nationwide.

Will you send a representative to my practice to come and show me the products?

How can I PAY for the products?

We accept the following payment methods:

- Electronic Bank transfer, EFT (Preferred method)
- Credit/Debit Cards – pay via PayFast® on our web site. No card details are handled by us, so you will be entitled to sort out your own problems if your bank’s card interface doesn’t work as intended, which is why we prefer EFT’s. Contact Payfast.co.za to resolve card payment problems.
- Cash (The preferred method if you collect your stethoscope, because it’s fast and easy). We do not offer card payments when you collect your products.
- Bitcoin/Altcoins

What warranty do you supply?

All Littmanns are supplied with a manufacturers warranty.

All other products are supplied with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. We recommend you to read through our “Terms and Conditions” and “Return Policy” pages very thoroughly before you buy from us.
